Dann bei geringer Temperatur schonend im Smoker garen.Sie haben keinen Smoker? Kein Problem. Dann das Fleisch auf dem Grill legen und medium (56°C Kerntemperatur) garen. Kurz vor dem servieren mit unserem BBQ Rub würzen.
